Now, CCTV lens becomes a new speak, its a milestone of nowadays investigation, patrol, study & smart home.
CCTV lens borned from resolution CIF, QCIF, Megapixel, 720P, 1080P, 3Megapixel, 5Megapixel, 8Megapixel or even 12Megapixel, 20Megapixel etc. with sensor format from 1/4 to 1/3, 1/2.7", 1/2.5", 1/2", 1/1.8", 2/3", 1" etc.
CCTV lens plays an important role at daily life for surveillance and for safety.
Nowadays, we called CCTV lens as Megapixel lenses because of higher resolution camera applicated, but most of engineers or old guys always like to say CCTV lens to instead of this type of lens.

Well, yes, now is a history of CCTV lens of analog type, instead is 4K or 6K or higher resolution for surveillance or ITS etc., but we will always call this lens a CCTV lens or megapixel lenses.
